The twin villa project near Lake Chelan features two vacation homes on a short plat. With a building area of 4665 sq. ft. for each lot and situated on 10,170 sq. ft. for Lot 1 and 12,605 sq. ft. for Lot 2, the goal was to create identical layouts with unique elevational features for each. Each residence includes a den, 2-car garage, and 6 spacious bedrooms. The villas boast a 25 ft. long outdoor swimming pool with outdoor living and a tub, strategically designed for a modern vacation home experience.
